Well, this is not much of a report, but more of a promotion to get you guys to exercise more in 2011..
The first touch rugby session was held on 2/1/2011 at Padang Utara. The session went well.. TQ OP Lim Ee-Van @ Stupe (my race partner) for the pics!
Once your fitness level is like Kam's semua benda boleh buat, marathon, mountainbiking, rugby, futsal, hockey.. you name it, he can do it!
Next session is on 6/2/2011, 745am Padang Utara..
